Mr. Kela has been associated with Lokmat group for over 27 years and handled various responsibilities such as advertising, circulation, personnel and administration and corporate development. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of marketing and general management and prior to joining the group, he has worked with Hindustan Lever Limited. He has obtained a bachelor's degree in science from Nagpur University, a diploma in pharmacy from Government Polytechnic College, Amravati, a diploma in Marketing Management from Marathwada University, Aurangabad and a Master's degree in journalism from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
