Mr. Aware is associated with the company since 1984 and has been responsible for providing the leadership in the newspaper sales, distribution and vendor management areas. Over the years, he has devised several successful strategies and marketing programs for readership growth which has helped Lokmat maintain its leadership status in the state. He holds a degree in commerce from the Nagpur University.
